This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PMC Lead Contracts Engineer with a proven track record in managing all project contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, handling contract administration, evaluating claims and variations, mitigating contractual risks, and supporting procurement and project teams to protect the project's commercial interests.

The key objectives for this role are:

• Lead the contracts management function for engineering and construction projects, ensuring effective contract administration, compliance, risk management, and commercial governance.

• Provide technical and contractual support throughout the project lifecycle, from tendering and contract award to project close-out.

• Minimize commercial and contractual risks while maximizing project performance and protecting the organization's interests.

• Ensure timely management of contract variations, claims, disputes, and stakeholder communications to support successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with project, engineering, procurement, legal, and commercial teams to achieve project and business objectives.
