Your Day to Day
As an Outlet Supervisor, you will support the overall outlet operations to deliver and maintain guest satisfaction and business results. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction in your F&B venue of responsibility, supervise the operations efficiently in accordance to the established F&B concept and hotel standards, ensuring that all operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the highest level of service and maximize profitability and assigning responsibilities to team members and periodically checking their performance.
Additionally, you will be expected to:
- Supervise the daily operation of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet to ensure efficient and seamless service.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with brand and hotel operating procedures.
- Support the Outlet Manager in scheduling, training, performance management, and team development.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and food handling standards are maintained at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate requisitions, and minimize waste through effective inventory control.
- Drive upselling initiatives and support the achievement of revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational priorities with the team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment.
What We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
- Additional language is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
