Job Description
We are looking for Sr.Technical Consultant_WFO_KSA
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Saudi Arabia / UAE / India
Required Skills:
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Java
- Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x Core Banking
- OBMA, OBPM, OBBRN
- CASA, IC, GL Modules
- EOD Batch Support
- L2/L3 Production Support
- Debugging & Root Cause Analysis
- Unix/LinuxResponsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
- Analyze application logs, database errors, and transaction failures.
- Support CASA, IC, GL, EOD, OBPM, OBBRN, and OBMA modules.
- Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis and fixes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor and support EOD batch processing activities.Preferred:
- Banking domain experience.
- Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation/support projects.
- Knowledge of payment systems and core banking operations.
