Job Overview
Weatherford is seeking a skilled and dedicated Operator to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. This hands-on role undertakes tasks utilizing Weatherford's equipment, machinery, and systems, applying techniques and practices to complete assignments using technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions. As a Field Operator I, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with the Company's policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a strong commitment to Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection, prioritizing responsible care and continuous improvement
- Adhere to Weatherford's policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Place Practices, participating in daily operations, safety meetings, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
- Perform functional tests, inspections, and monitoring of equipment, following specific work instructions and adhering to training and competence levels
- Demonstrate proficiency in maintenance processes, including unloading, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, visual checking, assembly, loading, and storage of tools, completing necessary documentationSkills
- Ability to work long hours in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and cooperate with other crew members.Qualifications
- Minimum 0-1+ years of related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow the work schedule discipline.
- Good communication level and English speaking and writing.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel and work at various well sites as needed.#LI-MD1
