Top private hospital looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations and lead the nursing team within a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, staff performance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN/BSc Nursing); Master’s preferred.
- Valid nursing license/eligibility for DHA, DOH or MOHAP.
- Minimum 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience.
- At least 2–3 years of nursing management/supervisory experience.
- Experience managing nursing teams, staffing, rosters and departmental operations.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, infection control and patient safety.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a hospital/large healthcare facility preferred.
- Relevant management certification is an advantage.
