Job Description
We are currently looking for NCR ATM System Administrator for our Qatar operations
Skills:
Perform Level 1 analysis and Raise ticket with NCR ATM SW support based on analysis and feedback
Supporting operations project and providing support for operations issues
Supporting in deployment of patches and development releases, and production fixes per SIT/UAT progress
Sharing logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support
Completing "Tech Requests" assigned
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
Requirements
- •Ability to perform Level 1 analysis
- •Ability to raise tickets with NCR ATM SW support
- •Ability to share logs and findings for incidents
- •Available to join within 2 weeks to 1 month
Responsibilities
- •Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM SW support
- •Support operations projects and provide support for operations issues
- •Support deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes per SIT/UAT progress
- •Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support
- •Complete assigned Tech Requests
