- Proven track record in Dubai real estate
- Strong experience across off-plan and/or secondary markets
- Consistent record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong high-value sales and client relationship management experience
- Deep understanding of the Dubai property market
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team
- Dubai-based with proven UAE real estate experience strongly preferred
- 50%–70% commission structure
