Meat Production Machine Operator / Packaging Worker - Europe

Our client, a well-known producer of cured meat products operating from its own dedicated production facility in Montenegro, Europe, is looking for Meat Production Machine Operators / Packaging Workers to support its daily production activities. The company focuses on maintaining consistent product quality, efficient production processes, and high standards of hygiene and food safety.

This role offers a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, fast-paced production work and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and teamwork. Successful candidates will help operate and monitor meat-cutting machinery, prepare and package cured meat products, and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor meat-cutting machines and other production equipment according to established procedures.
• Assist with cutting and preparing prosciutto and other cured meat products.
• Monitor production and report equipment issues or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Pack, arrange, label, and prepare finished products for storage or distribution.
• Inspect products for quality, presentation, and packaging accuracy.
• Maintain production-area cleanliness and hygiene while following food safety and workplace health and safety standards.
• Perform repetitive production tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Cooperate with team members to meet daily production targets and carry out other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous experience in meat processing, food production, machine operation, or packaging.
• Ability to work in a food production environment while maintaining proper hygiene and food safety standards, including HACCP, food handling procedures, and contamination prevention.
• Able to follow production procedures, work instructions, and machinery safety guidelines.
• Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to relocate to Montenegro, Europe.
Monthly salary of €700, with overtime pay, one day off per week, shared accommodation approximately 1 km from the workplace, a flight ticket provided, and a one-year employment contract.
