Materials Engineer (R)

You will be responsible of ensuring materials used on site meet project specifications. In addition to reviewing material submittals, coordinating testing, and monitoring compliance with quality requirements.

• BSc Civil or Geotechnical/geological Engineering
• 7-10 years of experience
• Infrastructure Experience
• Asphalt and Concrete Mix Design Experience
• QA/QC ExperienceResponsibilities:

• Review and approve all material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Monitor batching, production, and placement processes to ensure consistency with approved mix designs.
• Oversee material testing programs including field and laboratory testing.
• Coordinate with contractors and laboratories to resolve material-related issues.
• Evaluate and approve concrete and asphalt mix designs, ensuring suitability for project requirements and environmental conditions.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance for all materials used across the project.Key Competencies:

• Technical: Material engineering for infrastructure projects, Concrete and asphalt mix design review and approval, Laboratory and field testing (ASTM/AASHTO standards), QA/QC procedures
