1. System Management
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production Satellite Applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize business disruption.
- Coordinate with external vendors for updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain support schedules with clear timelines for system changes and issue resolution.2. Testing and QA of Change requests
- Gather and analyze system change requirements (CRs) from Consumer and Corporate Banking teams.
- Liaise with vendors and internal technical teams to implement enhancements and system modifications.
- Conduct internal testing and quality assurance on changes and patches prior to UAT.
- Organize and conduct pre-test demonstrations with end-users to ensure alignment on changes.3. Business Unit Support
- Provide on-site and remote support during UAT phases to ensure seamless testing and feedback collection.
- Address and resolve technical issues faced by users during regular operations.
- Ensure timely resolution of minor bugs, production failures, and performance issues to maintain system availability.4. Reporting
- Generate and deliver ad-hoc reports for business units as requested.Support business teams in extracting data for analysis, compliance, or operational needs
