• Certification in Makeup Artistry or a related field is preferred.
• Strong expertise in complexion matching, color theory, blending, and application techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills with a service-first approach.
• Basic knowledge of skincare and overall beauty category trends.
• High grooming and presentation standards aligned with luxury retail environments.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment with frequent launches and events.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to convert consultations into product sales.
