تعلن الشركة عن رغبتها في استقطاب مهندس ميكانيكي مؤهل للانضمام إلى فريق العمل، على أن يتولى الإشراف على أعمال الأنظمة الميكانيكية في الموقع، بما يشمل أنظمة التكييف والتهوية، وأنظمة مكافحة الحريق، وأعمال السباكة، والتأكد من تنفيذها وفقاً للمخططات المعتمدة والمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
الإشراف على تنفيذ وتركيب أنظمة التكييف والتهوية ومكافحة الحريق والسباكة.
- مراجعة المخططات والرسومات الهندسية والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.
- متابعة أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمعدات والأنظمة الميكانيكية.
- التأكد من جودة الأعمال المنفذة والالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية ومتطلبات السلامة.
- التنسيق مع فرق العمل والمقاولين والاستشاريين لضمان سير الأعمال وفقاً للجدول الزمني المحدد.
- متابعة كفاءة المعدات والأنظمة ومعالجة المشكلات الفنية التي قد تطرأ أثناء التنفيذ أو التشغيل.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية الدورية وتوثيق الأعمال المنفذة وملاحظات الموقع.
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، وهو شرط أساسي للتقدم للوظيفة.
- ان يكون المتقدم حديث تخرج وليس على رأس العمل نظراً لحاجة الشركة للمرشحين بأسرع وقت ممكن.
- الالتزام بالمواعيد والأنظمة والتعليمات المعمول بها في الشركة. تفاصيل الوظيفة وشروط العمل:
الراتب الإجمالي الشهري : 8500 ريال سعودي، غير قابل للتفاوض.
أيام العمل : 5 أيام في الأسبوع
الإجازة الأسبوعية : يومان أسبوعياً.
ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات عمل يومياً، من الساعة 8 صباحاً حتى 4:00 مساءاً.
موقع العمل: العمل مكتبي ولكن قد يتطلب الوجود الميداني.
ملاحظة مهمه: جهة التعاقد: سيتم إبرام عقد العمل مع الشركة المشغّلة، وفقاً للشروط والأحكام المعتمدة لديها.

The company is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical systems works on-site, including HVAC systems, fire fighting systems, and plumbing works, ensuring their execution in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality and safety standards.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Supervising the execution and installation of HVAC, fire fighting, and plumbing systems.
- Reviewing engineering plans and drawings to ensure compliance with approved technical specifications.
- Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment and systems.
- Ensuring the quality of executed works and adherence to engineering standards and safety requirements.
- Coordinating with work teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure work proceeds according to the specified schedule.
- Monitoring the efficiency of equipment and systems and addressing technical issues that may arise during execution or operation.
- Preparing periodic technical reports and documenting executed works and site observations. Job Details and Working Conditions:
Total Monthly Salary: 8500 Saudi Riyals, non-negotiable.
Working Days: 5 days a week
Weekly Off: 2 days per week.
Working Hours: 8 working hours per day, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Work Location: Office-based, but may require field presence.
Important Note: Contracting Entity: The employment contract will be concluded with the operating company, in accordance with its approved terms and conditions.
