Civil Engineer

The company announces a job vacancy for the position of Civil Engineer, responsible for planning, following up, and supervising the execution of projects and construction works on-site. The role ensures that works comply with approved plans and technical specifications, and adhere to specified timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations, ensuring projects are executed according to approved engineering requirements.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of construction works and monitor workflow on-site.
• Review engineering plans and drawings to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to the timeline and execution plan.
• Monitor the quality of executed works and ensure compliance with approved engineering standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and technical teams to ensure efficient execution of works.
• Monitor the use of construction materials and ensure they meet approved specifications.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements and quality standards on-site.
• Prepare periodic technical reports and document work progress and field observations.
• Follow up on technical remarks and work on addressing them in coordination with relevant parties.
Obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a basic requirement.

Ability to read and understand engineering plans and drawings.

Knowledge of execution and supervision of construction projects.

Good skills in coordination, time management, and technical problem-solving.

Commitment to quality standards, occupational safety, and applicable regulations.

Job Details and Working Conditions:

Total Monthly Salary: 8,500 SAR, non-negotiable.
• Working Days: 5 days per week.
• Weekly Off: 2 days per week.
• Annual Leave: 21 working days.
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Contracting Entity: The candidate will be contracted through an operating company.
