Architect

The company announces a job vacancy for the position of Architect, who will be responsible for preparing and developing architectural designs for projects, and transforming project requirements into plans and designs that combine aesthetic and functional aspects, while ensuring compliance with project needs, building regulations, and approved technical specifications. They will also oversee architectural works and coordinate with various engineering teams to ensure designs are executed according to the approved plans and required quality standards.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop architectural designs and plans for projects in accordance with business requirements.

Prepare and review architectural drawings and plans, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with approved specifications.

Consider aesthetic and functional aspects in design and achieve optimal use of spaces.

Ensure designs comply with building regulations, systems, and applicable engineering standards.

Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure the integration of plans and designs.

Monitor the execution of architectural works on-site and ensure compliance with approved plans.

Review architectural materials and finishes and ensure their compliance with project requirements.

Follow up on technical notes and work on addressing them in coordination with the relevant parties.

Prepare technical reports and follow up on modifications and updates to plans as needed.

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a basic requirement.

Ability to prepare, read, and review architectural plans and drawings.

Familiarity with building regulations, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Ability to coordinate with various engineering teams and follow up on works on-site.

Possess good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Job Details:

•
Total Monthly Salary: 8,500 Saudi Riyals, non-negotiable.
• Working Days: 5 days per week.
• Weekly Off: 2 days per week.
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Contracting Entity: The candidate will be contracted through an operating company.
