The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Laundry Supervisor to join our extraordinary team!
Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
As Laundry Supervisor, you will be reporting to the Housekeeping Manager with the below main responsibilities :
- Supervise daily laundry operations for guest clothing, room linen, F&B linen and staff uniforms.
- Ensure guest laundry is processed and returned on time, with special care for delicate garments.
- Inspect finished items to maintain quality and brand standards.
- Schedule, train and lead laundry attendants and valets.
- Manage linen and uniform inventories, par levels and loss reports.
- Ensure safe use of chemicals and equipment, and coordinate maintenance with Engineering.
- Control costs for chemicals, utilities and supplies.
- Handle guest laundry requests and complaints professionally.
- Maintain production records and post laundry charges accurately in the PMS.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- 2–4 years of hotel laundry experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role (GCC experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, stain removal, laundry chemicals and industrial equipment
- Good English skills is a must for the role.
- Leadership, organisation and attention to detail

Requirements
- •2–4 years of hotel laundry experience
- •At least 1 year in a supervisory role
