Job Description: IT Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Technician to provide technical support across desktop systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of system integration, particularly the integration of Oracle NetSuite with ZenHR.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and laptop support, including hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, software installation, and peripheral configuration.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and end-user devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.
- Support system integration activities, particularly connecting Oracle NetSuite with ZenHR, and assist in troubleshooting related integration issues.
- Monitor and resolve IT incidents independently within the assigned scope, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Provide technical assistance to employees and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain system functionality.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant IT support or IT technician experience is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and Windows operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
- Practical understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.
- Good understanding of system integration concepts, with the ability to support integrations between business systems such as NetSuite and ZenHR.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently, manage technical incidents, and communicate effectively with end users.Visa Sponsorship: Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates applying from outside Saudi Arabia.
