We are currently seeking an IT Supervisor to join our vibrant team. As an IT Supervisor, you bring a cutting-edge blend of innovation, a results-driven approach, and a fervor for advancing technological solutions to our dynamic IT team. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in steering our technology initiatives to new heights.

• Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and providing support to hotel staff.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunication.
• Monitor system performance, security, and backups to proactively address potential risks and ensure data integrity.
• Provide training and guidance to hotel employees on IT procedures, software applications, and security best practices.
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Manage IT inventory, including software licenses, hardware assets, and consumables, ensuring accurate records.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related contracts and support.Qualifications

• Expertise in IT systems, hardware, software, and networking.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
