- Prepare and review monthly payroll inputs, including allowances, deductions, overtime, unpaid leave, and other payroll adjustments.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee salary data.
- Handle employee final settlements and End of Service Benefit (EOSB) calculations.
- Manage employee termination, resignation, non-renewal, clearance, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and employee documentation.
- Manage employee data and HR transactions through the HR system.
- Handle government HR platforms including Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and Absher Business.
- Follow up on work permits, Iqama renewals, sponsorship transfers, final exits, and exit/re-entry processes.
- Ensure employee information is accurately updated across HR and government platforms.
- Prepare payroll/WPS-related reports and coordinate with Finance when required.
- Monitor contract expiry dates, probation periods, residency/work permit expirations, and other employee-related deadlines.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, salary confirmations, and official employee correspondence.
- Maintain accurate employee files and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Support employee relations cases and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, contracts, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Ensure HR operations are compliant with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
- Strong experience in payroll, EOS calculations, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms, especially Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Muqeem.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
