The incumbent drives the Specialist Development Program (SDP) by analyzing existing systems to identify operational requirements, resolve reporting/data gaps, and streamline matters through automation or process redesign. Key responsibilities include managing SDP-specific accountability metrics and auditing, as well as facilitating SDP/APDP Board meetings by organizing sessions, preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, dashboards, and executive e-Packages. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and reliable program reporting.
Technical Requirement:
- Data Analytics & Visualization: Maintain up-to-date SDP data by cross-checking the TSPA portal against the SDP dashboard, auditing metrics, and updating SDP records frequently.
- Software Proficiency: Familiar with MS Office (PPT & Excel) and PDF Professional Reader to develop executive-level documents and data reports.
- Basic Knowledge of Power-BI and AI: Propose reporting automation, dashboard enhancements, and process optimization for existing SDP/APDP workflows.
- Work Experience: Preferred minimum of 8 years in Training & Development (T&D), HR Operations, or similar operational and analytical scope.Skills Requirement:
- Stakeholder Communication: Ability to communicate SDP/APDP program guidelines, reporting insights, and Board directions to program participants, mentors, and HR teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills required for documenting processes, drafting meeting minutes, and updating program Bylaws.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to propose data-driven solutions, support Advisory Committees in evaluating new specialties, verify HR data, and track program admission and graduation.
- Data Governance Mindset: Strong commitment to data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity. Ability to establish data entry standards and job architecture frameworks across multiple SDP program departments.Certification Requirement:
- Data & Analytics Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalent.
- Project & HR Management: HR-relevant professional certificates and PMP.
