Job Description

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
• Compile and update employee records
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, employee insurance claims, performance evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (Interviews, training, surveys etc)
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, overtime, etc)
• Visit Shoon/Jawazat/Muroor to finish company-related tasks
• Hands-on experience with Kuwait Shoon online transactions
• Any other tasks assigned by the HR/Admin Manager

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Degree in Human Resources or related field

3- 5 years of experience in the same role

Proficient in Arabic & English

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good Computer and reporting skills.

• Ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Have high-level attention to detail.
