The Job in a Nutshell💡

Foodics is looking for a Head of Marketing, Saudi Arabia to lead marketing for our largest and most strategically important market. This is a head-level, market-owning role: you will be fully accountable for how Foodics shows up in Saudi Arabia — from brand and demand generation to campaign execution and merchant engagement — and will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Saudi Arabia is Foodics' biggest market and needs a leader who can bring both strategic rigor and creative excellence: someone who plans and budgets like an operator, thinks and owns revenue like a growth leader, and still has the creative instincts to produce campaigns that resonate with the market.

What Will You Do❓

• Full marketing strategy and execution for the Saudi Arabia market, with direct accountability to the VP of Marketing.
• Planning and budgeting for the Saudi marketing function, including forecasting, resource allocation, and performance tracking against revenue and growth goals.
• Leadership of a team of three (Social, PR & Communications, and Events), plus management of an external creative/marketing agency.
• Creative direction and content production, working closely with the agency to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns.
• Close cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Communications to ensure a unified go-to-market approach.
• Coordination with Sales and Customer Success in Saudi Arabia to align marketing activity with pipeline, revenue, and merchant retention goals.
• Deep, active relationships with merchants in the Saudi F&B community, using market presence to inform strategy and unlock opportunities.
• Positioning Foodics around its mission and value — as a strategic partner to F&B businesses — rather than competing purely as a point-of-sale commodity.What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months):

• A clear, well-structured marketing plan for the Saudi market, built and owned end-to-end.
• Creative output that is relevant and tied to business outcomes — not creative for its own sake.
• Demonstrated ownership of revenue impact, with a growth-hacking mindset applied to the Saudi market.
• Foodics established as a clear leader in the Saudi F&B community.What Are We Looking For❓

• 8–10 years of marketing experience, including team and budget management, with a track record that supports head-level seniority.
• Strong business acumen — comfortable connecting marketing activity to revenue, pipeline, and growth, not just brand and creative metrics.
• Tech industry experience and fluency in B2B tech marketing; background in F&B tech, fintech, or software is welcomed.
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets, and to lead and develop a small team.
• Strong creative sensibility and experience overseeing agencies and campaign production.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market, with existing or fast-built relationships within the local F&B and merchant community.
