1. E-Commerce Strategy & Business Growth Lead online business expansion across assigned brands, ensuring growth in traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability. Commercial Performance & Operational Excellence Manage the eCommerce P&L, ensuring delivery of revenue, margin, and cost optimization targets. Monitor site performance metrics and drive continuous improvements in conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Ensure scalable processes across merchandising, supply chain, fulfillment, last-mile operations, and platform management. Implement structured governance, compliance, and operational controls across all .com activities. 3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead, coach, and develop multi-functional digital teams, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and high performance. Ensure strong collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Content, CRM, and Brand Teams to deliver shared business outcomes. Build organizational capability through structured training, performance management, and succession planning. Represent the eCommerce function in leadership discussions and support GM-level strategic executions. 4. Digital Innovation, Technology & Data Enablement Leverage eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Salesforce, Akinon or similar) to drive scale and platform stability. Utilize analytics to optimize funnel performance, customer retention, and overall digital productivity. Champion digital transformation initiatives including personalization, automation, CRM enhancement, and omnichannel integrations. Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, forecasting, customer engagement, and decision-making.
Requirements
- •Proven experience in leading eCommerce strategy and business growth
- •Experience in managing eCommerce P&L and hitting revenue/margin targets
- •Ability to monitor site performance metrics and drive improvements
- •Experience in leading, coaching, and developing multi-functional digital teams
- •Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Operations, Technology, Content, CRM, and Brand Teams
