Summary

As KAYALI continues to scale its direct-to-consumer business across the US, UK, Europe and International markets, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Executive to join the D2C team. Reporting to the Global Growth Marketing Manager, the Growth Marketing Executive will support the execution and optimisation of growth initiatives across performance marketing, affiliate marketing, organic growth and sampling. Working closely with internal team and agency partners, you will help ensure campaigns launch effectively, performance is closely monitored, and growth opportunities are identified across key acquisition channels.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in digital marketing who enjoys combining analysis, coordination and channel optimisation to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing

• Act as the day-to-day contact for performance marketing agency partner across SEA and paid social media platforms.

• Support campaign planning, setup and launch processes to ensure campaigns go live accurately and on schedule.

• Monitor campaign performance, budget pacing and delivery, proactively identifying opportunities and issues to the team.

• Coordinate campaign assets, landing pages, tracking implementation, and campaign setup requirements with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

• Support the implementation and tracking of testing initiatives across creative, audience and campaign strategies.

• Ensure tracking, feeds and measurement frameworks remain accurate and up to date.

Affiliate Marketing & Creator Partnerships

• Support the day-to-day management and performance tracking of KAYALI's creator affiliate programme.

• Monitor key affiliate metrics including traffic, sales, conversion rates and top-performing creators, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

• Partner closely with the PR and Influencer Marketing teams to identify high-performing creators and maximise the commercial impact of creator activations.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to leverage affiliate performance insights across growth, CRM and broader marketing initiatives.

• Stay informed on creator commerce and affiliate marketing best practices, sharing recommendations to enhance programme performance.

Organic Growth

• Support SEO, GEO and AEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and discoverability.

• Coordinate with SEO partners and development teams to implement and track technical SEO recommendations and website improvements.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search trend monitoring to identify content and optimisation opportunities.

• Use SEO and AI discovery tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility across Google and LLMs.

• Support the optimisation and creation of content that improves search rankings and AI discoverability.

• Partner with Content, CRM, PR and Social teams to maximise organic visibility and AI discoverability across key campaigns and product launches

Campaign & Growth Operations

• Coordinate product launches and key growth initiatives across marketing channels.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time and assets are delivered as planned.

• Manage sampling initiatives, including campaign setup, tracking, reporting and performance analysis.

• Assess sampling performance and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion and overall effectiveness.

• Maintain reporting dashboards, campaign documentation and performance recaps.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency across growth marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

• 2 to 4 years of experience in performance, growth or affiliate marketing, ideally within a beauty, fragrance or premium D2C brand

• Solid hands-on experience in SMA and SEA.

• Experience running a creator or affiliate programme

• Good understanding of SEO and of how AI search is changing product discovery

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in GA4, Search Console and Excel.

• Familiarity with GTM, Shopify and Google Merchant Centre.

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines at once.
