Program Overview
The Emirati Development Program is designed to support the development of high-potential UAE Nationals at the beginning of their professional journey. Successful candidates will gain practical experience, participate in structured learning and development programs, and work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of client engagements.
The program provides exposure to different industries, professional services, and emerging technologies, helping participants build both technical and professional capabilities for long-term career success.

Eligibility Criteria
- UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong academic record.
- Successful completion of assessments and interviews.
- For male candidates, completion of UAE National Service is preferred where applicable.
