Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven General Manager to lead our growing specialty coffee, Food & Beverage, customer service, and hospitality operations.

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with:

• More than 15 years of relevant experience in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the specialty coffee and F&B industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations.
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards.
• Ability to manage daily operations and ensure all branches run smoothly and efficiently.
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and achieve business targets.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on, professional, and results-oriented approach.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Specialty Coffee, F&B, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the Specialty Coffee & F&B industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches and overall company operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations.
• Proven ability to increase sales, improve profitability, and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong customer service and hospitality standards.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and business development skills.
