About Bonza
Bonza is a Dubai-based brand creating premium chocolate, pastries, gifts and floral arrangements, made in our own factory in Dubai Investments Park (DIP). We care about quality, creativity and beautiful presentation, and we're building a small, talented team to grow with us.
The role
You'll design Bonza's flower arrangements and luxury gift boxes that combine flowers with our chocolates and pastries, creating pieces customers are proud to give.
What you'll do
- Design and prepare fresh flower bouquets and arrangements
- Create luxury gift boxes and hampers combining flowers, chocolates and pastries
- Prepare orders for delivery, events and corporate clients on time
- Help create new seasonal collections for occasions like Valentine's, Mother's Day, Eid and Ramadan
- Care for flower stock: receiving, conditioning and storage to reduce waste
- Keep the workstation clean, organized and well presented

Our hiring process:
- CV and portfolio review
- Short interview
- Practical trial: shortlisted candidates will complete a short paid trial, creating one bouquet and one gift box from a brief.
- Final decision and offer
- 5+ years of professional experience as a florist, ideally in a premium flower shop, luxury brand or hotel
- A strong portfolio of bouquets, arrangements and gift boxes you personally made
- Strong sense of style, color and premium presentation
- Experience with luxury gift wrapping and packaging is a strong plus
- Able to work fast during busy seasons and handle high order volumes
- Based in the UAE, or able to relocate
- Monthly salary of AED 3,500
- Company accommodation provided
- UAE employment visa and medical insurance
