Finance Director

We are seeking a Property Management Director with leadership experience in managing residential and commercial real estate portfolios to lead property management operations and oversee operations, leasing, maintenance, and customer relationship management, ensuring asset efficiency and achieving the highest levels of quality and investment return.

• Lead and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

• Develop internal control systems and financial risk management.

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with financial and tax standards and regulations.

• Manage cash flows, improve financial performance, and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Certified professional qualification (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA).
• At least 10 years of experience in the financial field, including at least 3 years in a Finance Director position.
• Previous experience in holding companies is preferred.
• Experience in one of the Big 4 auditing firms is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS, Zakat, and Tax.
• High leadership and analytical skills.
