The Female Health Club Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the Health Club and Spa facilities, including female locker rooms, fitness areas, relaxation and pre-treatment areas, and other recreational facilities.

The role ensures that all areas are properly set up, fully stocked, and ready for guest use at all times. The Health Club Attendant provides warm, attentive, and professional service, responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience while following all hotel policies, procedures, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, maintain, and monitor the Health Club and Spa facilities, including female locker rooms, fitness areas, relaxation areas, pre-treatment areas, and recreational spaces.
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, well presented, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with their needs while using the Health Club and Spa facilities.
• Provide guests with information regarding Health Club and Spa facilities, services, operating hours, and appointments.
• Escort or direct guests to their Spa appointments and other facilities when required.
• Handle guest interactions with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist with resolving concerns whenever possible.
• Retrieve, arrange, replenish, and fold towels, robes, and other guest amenities.
• Regularly clean and replenish locker rooms, changing areas, showers, waiting areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Monitor supplies such as towels, water, refreshments, toiletries, and guest amenities and replenish them as required.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and arranging Health Club and Spa products and supplies.
• Assist guests with the basic use and set-up of fitness and recreational equipment when required and within the scope of the role.
• Introduce or direct guests to the appropriate Spa therapists, fitness instructors, or other specialists.
• Support Spa and Health Club colleagues with the set-up and breakdown of treatment, fitness, and recreational areas when needed.
• Report any maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or equipment concerns promptly to the supervisor.
• Work closely and professionally with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow all hotel standards related to hygiene, grooming, health and safety, security, and guest privacy.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned based on operational requirements.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in a hotel, spa, health club, gym, housekeeping, or guest service environment is preferred.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail.
• Friendly and professional with a genuine interest in providing excellent guest service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible and willing to support different areas based on operational needs.
• Comfortable working in a physically active role that requires standing, walking, and handling supplies throughout the shift.
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and respect for guest privacy at all times.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
