The Engineer – Operational Excellence will spearhead site‑wide initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the QA department (FG 3069‑040‑00515 QA – General – 4300), you will supervise the QC team, ensure rigorous inspection and testing, maintain product traceability, manage non‑conformance controls, uphold the Quality Management System, support internal and external audits, and lead root‑cause analyses with corrective actions and data‑driven performance reviews.
Requirements
- •Experience in site-wide initiatives for safety and quality
- •Ability to supervise a QC team
- •Knowledge of rigorous inspection and testing protocols
- •Experience in maintaining product traceability
- •Experience in non-conformance controls
- •Ability to lead root-cause analyses
- •Experience with internal and external audits
