ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager – Emiratisation Talent Sourcing leads the development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and hire UAE National talent across Majid Al Futtaim’s businesses. The role drives Emiratisation initiatives through strategic partnerships, talent pipeline development, market mapping, and targeted sourcing campaigns, while collaborating with business and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to support current and future workforce needs.
ROLE PROFILE
• Develop and implement Emiratisation sourcing strategies aligned with workforce plans and hiring objectives across Majid Al Futtaim’s businesses, ensuring agility in response to changing market needs and talent insights.
• Lead talent mapping and market intelligence initiatives to identify, engage, and attract high-potential UAE National talent across key functions, industries, and talent segments.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through diversified sourcing channels, including government partnerships, professional networks, universities, social platforms, employer branding initiatives, and technology-enabled sourcing tools.
• Drive sourcing performance and operational excellence by monitoring recruitment metrics, managing sourcing SLAs, optimizing sourcing effectiveness, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Leverage data analytics and reporting to assess sourcing outcomes, provide actionable insights to business leaders, and continuously improve Emiratisation hiring strategies and outcomes.
• Provide talent market intelligence and benchmarking by tracking industry trends, competitor activity, talent availability, and emerging sourcing practices to support strategic workforce decisions.
• Ensure compliance and governance by maintaining adherence to relevant employment laws, Emiratisation regulations, and internal recruitment policies across all sourcing activities.
• Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives by developing annual engagement plans, career fairs, partnerships, and national talent programs that strengthen MAF’s employer brand and maximize return on investment.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bring extensive expertise in talent sourcing and stakeholder management, with deep knowledge of UAE National talent markets, Emiratisation programs, sourcing technologies, and recruitment best practices.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities, effectively coaching, developing, and leading sourcing teams while building strong partnerships with business and HR stakeholders.
• Leverage advanced sourcing tools and market intelligence, including ATS platforms, talent mapping methodologies, and diverse sourcing channels to identify and attract top Emirati talent.
• Drive performance through data and operational excellence, ensuring sourcing KPIs are achieved, including Emiratisation targets, conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and compliance with MOHRE requirements.
• Exhibit exceptional communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate complex challenges, and deliver sustainable talent solutions.
• Possess 10+ years of talent sourcing experience, ideally within large corporate or shared services environments, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with advanced sourcing or talent management certifications
