About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Director to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the HR team to increase knowledge, skill sets, and share best practices, fostering a high-performing HR function.
• Develop and drive the property HR strategy in line with corporate and regional HR direction and monitor its execution to ensure the achievement of objectives.
• Drive the continuous improvement agenda, focusing on maximizing productivity, devolving HR responsibilities, and building leadership capability through senior and middle management teams.
• Ensure effective two-way communication between HR and corporate/regional HR, coordinating internal communications to ensure colleagues receive relevant and timely messages in an appropriate style and medium.
• Plan and deploy the annual HR budget and capital expenditure process, ensuring Profit & Loss statements are well-managed and monitored.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
• 10+ years of progressive experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development within luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing HR teams and partnering with senior leadership to drive business objectives, engagement, and operational excellence.
• Extensive experience supporting pre-openings, large-scale recruitment projects, and workforce planning for luxury hotels and resorts across the Middle East.
• Strong expertise in talent management, succession planning, performance management, and implementing people-focused strategies that enhance employee experience and retention.
