The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-impact, authoritative Delivery Lead to serve as the single point of accountability for execution across a major digital banking portfolio in Dubai.

In this role, you will hold ultimate mandate for portfolio health, milestone adherence, and risk recovery across complex initiatives—with a specific focus on Retail Banking Group (RBG) modernizations, mobile banking apps, and digital customer journeys. Operating as the exclusive escalation channel to the Executive Sponsor, you will bring exceptional communication, executive gravitas, and constructive challenge to C-suite forums, ensuring vendor performance and technical teams remain strictly aligned to delivery commitments.

What You’ll Do

• Own Portfolio Execution & Single Accountability: Build and maintain the master integrated portfolio plan—synthesizing timelines, budgets, milestones, and cross-project dependencies across all active streams. Act as the single point of accountability when any project slips.
• Serve as Exclusive Sponsor Escalation: Triage portfolio risks, issues, and blockers against strict escalation thresholds, presenting clear recovery options and recommendations directly to the Executive Sponsor.
• Oversee & Challenge SteerCos: Review and approve every Steering Committee pack for quality and formatting consistency before release. Attend all SteerCos to actively challenge status, risks, and decision papers.
• Test Slippage & Drive Recovery: Test slippage directly at source, agree formal recovery plans with internal project squads and external vendors, and track remediation through to closure.
• Drive Financial & Vendor Discipline: Track burn rates, financial forecasts, and change requests on every engagement. Manage third-party vendor performance against contracted scope, milestones, and commercial terms.
• Unify Technical Leadership: Coordinate technical leads across Architecture, AI/Data, and Platform so that technical and delivery views reach the Sponsor as one aligned position.As an AI consultancy, our greatest asset is the expertise of our people.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Delivery Leadership: 10+ years of technology delivery experience managing complex, multi-stream portfolios within top-tier banks or technology consultancies.
• Retail Banking Expertise: Solid background delivering technology programs within Retail Banking (RBG) environments.
• Digital Journeys & Mobile Apps: Hands-on delivery experience across mobile app releases, digital onboarding, internet banking, or end-to-end digital customer journey transformations.
• Exceptional Communication & Presentation: World-class verbal, written, and visual presentation skills; adept at distilling complex portfolio metrics into clear C-suite narratives.
• Executive Gravitas & Constructive Challenge: Proven ability to present to C-level executives, stand up to scrutiny, manage client friction with high EQ, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Commercial & Vendor Rigor: Deep experience managing vendor SLAs, statement of work (SoW) consumption, burn rates, and commercial change requests.

What Gives You an Edge

• GCC / UAE Banking Exposure: Direct experience leading digital delivery programs for major banks in the UAE or GCC region.
• Delivery Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Scrum Alliance credentials.
