As a Control Room Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of control systems within the oil and energy sector. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, operating, and maintaining control panels, systems, and equipment to regulate and optimize production processes. You will collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and other team members to achieve operational excellence while adhering to safety guidelines and industry regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- 6-7 years of IT experience with at least 4 years Data Centres design, operation and maintenance experience.
- Data centre experience in the HPC field is a plus including working knowledge in servers, interconnects, cabling, and cooling techniques.
- Professional Data Centre certification is a plus (such as CDCP, CDCS, CDCDP).
- Project management certification is a plus (such as PMP or PRINCE 2).
Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in IT, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
- •6-7 years of IT experience
- •At least 4 years of experience in Data Centres design, operation, and maintenance
Nice to Have
- •Data centre experience in the HPC field
