To be the one-point of contact for all maternity patients, guiding and coordinating for them from the first antenatal consultation until delivery and thereafter facilitate neonatal and pediatric care. The incumbent must continuously liaise on behalf of maternity patients with the doctors, nurses, other administrative staff such (for e.g billing, insurance) to ensure comfortable and seamless patient experience. He/she will be functionally reporting respectively to Hospital Administration, Senior Manager – Operations & Strategy.
Requirements
- •Ability to act as a one-point of contact for maternity patients
- •Ability to liaise with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- •Knowledge of billing and insurance processes
- •Ability to facilitate neonatal and pediatric care
Responsibilities
- •Guide and coordinate maternity patients from first antenatal consultation until delivery
- •Facilitate neonatal and pediatric care thereafter
- •Liaise on behalf of patients with medical and administrative departments
- •Ensure a comfortable and seamless patient experience
- •Report to Hospital Administration and Senior Manager – Operations Strategy
