Contract Recruiter – Sales & Sales Engineering

Fortinet is looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to support the recruitment of Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across the UAE. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded recruiter who understands the competitive nature of the technology and cybersecurity talent market and can build strong candidate pipelines from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across a range of levels and experience.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings and other recruitment channels.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring plans and management expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation, offer presentation and close.
• Act as a trusted candidate ambassador throughout the recruitment process and deliver a consistently positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, prioritise hiring needs and provide market insight and recruitment recommendations.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure expectations are aligned and recruitment activity remains on track.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Use recruitment data, market knowledge and candidate feedback to provide strategic insight to hiring managers.Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of proven recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Sales recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting Sales and/or Sales Engineering professionals within the technology, cybersecurity or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch using a broad range of sourcing and recruitment techniques.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage expectations effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong tact and diplomacy.
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and close.
• Experience recruiting within the UK technology or cybersecurity market is strongly preferred.About Fortinet
