Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Sales Manager to lead commercial operations and drive business growth across project sales, tenders, retail sales, and marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies, leading sales and marketing teams, building strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants, and achieving revenue targets while ensuring alignment between sales commitments and production capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual commercial strategies and sales targets across project sales, retail, and tenders.
• Lead and supervise sales, tenders, showroom, field sales, and marketing teams, ensuring targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and business partners.
• Review and approve major commercial proposals and contracts in coordination with the technical office and quality teams.
• Monitor sales performance against targets, analyze results, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure sales commitments align with production capacity and delivery schedules.
• Review pricing strategies, market trends, and competitor activities to strengthen the company's competitive position.
• Oversee marketing strategies, brand development, and participation in relevant exhibitions and industry events.
• Prepare regular reports covering sales performance, revenue targets, sales pipeline, and tender win rates for senior management.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base and market presence.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in sales and business development, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in the aluminum, AluMetal, doors and windows, or building materials industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple channels, including project sales, retail, and tenders.
• Strong knowledge of commercial strategy, sales planning, pricing, and market analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, particularly with major clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends, monitor sales performance, and develop strategies to achieve business growth.
