Chocolatier Trays Designer

Job Brief

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Chocolatier Trays Designer to prepare and arrange chocolate trays, gift boxes, and customized presentations according to company standards and customer requirements. You will focus on the appearance, organization, and quality of each tray while ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time. This role is important for maintaining the visual appeal and premium presentation of our chocolate products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and arrange chocolate trays, gift boxes, and product presentations according to company standards.
• Select and organize chocolates based on customer requests, product type, quantity, and occasion.
• Ensure all chocolates are handled carefully and presented neatly and attractively.
• Prepare customized trays and special orders according to customer specifications.
• Maintain consistency in portioning, spacing, colors, and overall presentation.
• Check products for quality, appearance, freshness, and any visible damage before placing them in trays.
• Add ribbons, decorations, labels, cards, and other packaging elements as required.
• Keep the work area, tools, trays, and packaging materials clean and organized.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor packaging and decoration supplies and report low stock or damaged materials to the supervisor.
• Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, handling, and product presentation.

• No formal education required; basic reading and understanding of product labels is a plus.

• Previous experience in chocolate preparation, food presentation, gift packaging, floristry, pastry, or a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Creative eye and strong attention to detail.

• Good hand coordination and ability to work carefully with delicate products.

• Able to follow designs, instructions, and customer requirements accurately.

• Able to stand for long periods and work efficiently during busy periods and seasonal occasions.

• Must be organized, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
