Location: Dubai, UAE (with regular travel to London & Courchevel)

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as the CEO's most trusted right hand — a strategic, discreet, and highly capable executive who will oversee and integrate the full ecosystem of the CEO's personal and operational affairs. This is not a traditional administrative role; it is a C-suite level position requiring the judgment, gravitas, and operational command of someone capable of running a multi-domain enterprise on the principal's behalf.

The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination and accountability across the CEO's private residences, personal staff, yacht operations, personal finance office, and property portfolio — ensuring every function operates seamlessly, securely, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

1. Estate & Household Management

• Oversee full operations of three private residences: Dubai, London, and Courchevel
• Manage household budgets, staffing, maintenance schedules, and standards of service across all properties
• Ensure consistency of service levels and protocols whether the CEO is in residence or traveling
• Coordinate seasonal transitions, property opening/closing, and travel logistics between homes

2. Personal Team & Staff Leadership

• Directly manage the CEO's personal staff across all locations (household managers, personal assistants, drivers, security, and household teams)
• Recruit, onboard, and performance-manage senior personal staff
• Establish clear reporting lines, SOPs, and accountability structures across the personal office

3. Yacht Operations Oversight

• Provide executive oversight of yacht management, including crew HR matters, vessel readiness, itineraries, and owner's requirements
• Liaise with captains, management companies, and crew agencies to ensure operational and service excellence
• Act as the CEO's representative on all yacht-related decisions requiring principal-level authority

4. Personal Finance Team Management

• Oversee the CEO's personal finance office, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and expense governance across all personal entities and properties
• Coordinate with family office advisors, private bankers, and accountants
• Ensure robust controls, confidentiality, and compliance across all personal financial matters

5. Property Renovation & Capital Projects

• Manage renovation and capital improvement projects across the property portfolio, from planning through execution
• Oversee contractors, designers, architects, and project budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
• Act as the CEO's representative in all major renovation decisions

6. Strategic & Executive Support

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, translating vision into coordinated execution across all personal domains
• Prioritize competing demands across households, teams, and geographies, exercising sound judgment on the CEO's behalf
• Represent the CEO in meetings and decisions where direct principal involvement is not required
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all personal, financial, and family matters
Experience

• 10+ years in a senior Chief of Staff, Estate Director, Family Office, or General Manager role serving UHNW individuals, family offices, or private principals
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-property households across international locations
• Prior exposure to yacht operations, personal finance/family office structures, and capital/renovation projects is essential
• Track record of managing and leading multidisciplinary teams at a senior levelSkills & Attributes

• Executive presence and the ability to operate at CEO/principal level with total discretion
• Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking ability across complex, geographically dispersed operations
• Strong financial acumen and comfort overseeing budgets, reporting, and cost control
• Outstanding people leadership — able to manage diverse teams (household, marine, financial, project) with authority and empathy
• Impeccable judgment, loyalty, and integrity; unquestionable trustworthiness with sensitive/confidential information
• Fluency in English required; additional languages (French, Arabic) an advantage given the London/Courchevel/Dubai footprint
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively and be on-call for principal needsEducation

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent executive education strongly preferred
