Business Development Manager | Holiday Homes

Luxarabia Real Estate L.L.C. is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager – Holiday Homes to lead the growth and expansion of our holiday homes portfolio in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new properties, building relationships with property owners and investors, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the short-term rental market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company's holiday homes portfolio across Dubai.
• Identify and acquire new properties for short-term rental and holiday home management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, real estate investors, and strategic partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
• Negotiate management agreements, commission structures, and commercial terms with property owners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify profitable locations and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure smooth property onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor portfolio performance, occupancy rates, rental yields, and revenue growth.
• Develop strategies to improve property performance, owner retention, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Dubai tourism regulations, holiday home licensing requirements, and applicable local laws.
• Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Achieve agreed business development targets for property acquisitions, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development in holiday homes
• Proven track record of acquiring properties and building a strong portfolio of property owners or investors.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and holiday homes industry.
