- Ensure availability, performance, security, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problem resolution, enhancements, releases, upgrades and deployments.

- Provide functional and operational support across:
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, VAT, IFRS16, Financial Reporting)
- Procurement (PR, PO, Vendors, Approvals, Invoicing)
- Sales & Customer Service (Orders, Pricing, Promotions, Credit Management, Returns, Collections)
- Supply Chain, Logistics & WMS (Inventory, Replenishment, Transfers, Warehousing, Last-Mile Delivery)
- Manufacturing & Quality (BOM, Production, RAF, Costing, Quality Orders, Quarantine, NCR)
- Retail & POS
- HR, Payroll, Talent Management & Employee Self-Service
- Enterprise Applications Support
- Support and enhance:
- ERP & Planning: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Demand Management Cloud
- Sales & E-Commerce: SalesWorx, Shopify, Burq and eMRI
- Logistics & WMS: Shipsy, Warehouse Management Systems, SalesWorx
- Reporting & Analytics: Power BI, SSRS, Report Manager, Business Objects, SQL, Data Warehouse
- Document Management: Atlas, ContentVerse, DMS
- Automation Platforms: Power Apps, Power Automate, Maintenance App, GoAudit, Softera, POS, and related enterprise solutions
- Security, Access & Data Governance
- Manage user access, security roles, segregation of duties, and access reviews.
- Administer workflows, approvals, delegations, and business controls.
- Govern master data including customers, vendors, items, warehouses, financial dimensions, and reference data.
- Integrations, Reporting & Automation
- Support integrations between ERP, Oracle Fusion, E-commerce, logistics, reporting, and third-party applications.
- Manage reporting, dashboards, analytics, data quality, and automation solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, availability, and reliability of business-critical reports, interfaces, and batch processes.
- Oracle Fusion Transformation
- Play a key role in the Oracle Fusion implementation across all GFI functions.
- Support business process design, requirements, data migration, integrations, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
- Audit, Risk & Compliance
- Support audits, compliance reviews, security assessments, tax controls, financial controls, and UAE e-Invoicing requirements.
- Coordinate remediation of audit, compliance, and security findings.
- Business Continuity & Backup
- Act as the operational backup for the Business Applications Managers across GFI, GTL, and BSA.
- Ensure continuity of support, projects, integrations, reporting services, and vendor management during absences.
- Maintain cross-functional knowledge, documentation, and support readiness across the application landscape.
- Serve as deputy to the Senior Business Applications Manager when required.
Requirements
- •Experience in Application Support Service Delivery
- •Knowledge of Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, VAT, IFRS16)
- •Knowledge of Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain processes
- •Experience with Manufacturing Quality and Retail POS systems
- •Experience with HR and Payroll systems
- •Experience with Data Governance and Master Data Management
- •Experience with UAE e-Invoicing requirements
- •Ability to act as operational backup for Business Applications Managers
Responsibilities
