About the Role
We are looking for experienced and skilled Beauty Therapists & Laser Therapists to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in laser treatments, advanced skincare, and non-invasive beauty procedures, with a strong commitment to patient safety, treatment excellence, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments, skincare procedures, and non-invasive beauty treatments in accordance with DHA-approved scope of practice.
- Conduct client consultations, skin assessments, and recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs.
- Operate laser and aesthetic equipment safely while following established treatment protocols.
- Educate clients on treatment procedures, expected results, and appropriate pre- and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment documentation, and consent forms.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control, hygiene, laser safety, and DHA regulations.
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships to support patient satisfaction and retention.
- Filipino candidates preferred.
- Must hold a valid DHA license or eligibility for Beauty Therapist and Laser Therapist, as applicable.
- Proven hands-on experience in laser treatments, beauty therapy, and advanced skincare procedures.
- Strong knowledge of laser technologies, skin types, treatment protocols, and safety procedures.
- Previous experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or premium beauty clinic is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- Professional, well-presented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
- Available for full-time employment in Dubai.
