The opportunity
Associate Project Commercial Support is responsible for supporting the SA 2106 GIS Business, work with the Project Management team to support proactively on commercial & SAP related transactions – so PM’s are able to focus on meeting customers expectations and unit’s P & L.
How you’ll make an impact
• Supporting project commercial activities like coordination of Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits etc.
• Preparing all commercial documents needed for processing the payments with banks by letter of credits.
• SAP Project – Creation and updating costing information during the project.
• Prep all documents and drive the Invoicing process for all projects. Drive the team internally so as to complete invoicing on time.
• Supporting the PM with backup information related to commercial transactions as necessary.
• Updating the system datas/files for revenue and payment collection.
• Create and maintain detail status update for internal discussions with Manager related to
status on project commercial activities.
• Support PM’s as necessary with Invoicing reports.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, or a related discipline is required.
- 2-7 years of experience in Project environment with hands on experience commercial documentation.
- Should have hands-on experience working with SAP.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.Accessibility and reasonable accommodation

Requirements
