Job Overview:
The Associate Logistics & Trade Comp Spec is responsible for utilizing existing Logistics & Trade Compliance procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team, and they will leverage their conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures related to Logistics & Trade Compliance and Supply Chain. Candidate should be able to coordinate vessel berthing requests and outward clearance documentation, manage the loading of materials onto vessels and barges, ensuring accurate cargo manifest preparation. Candidate should be able to prepare cargo manifests for loadouts for pipes, mattresses, sleepers, and other project materials.
Requirements
- •Conceptual knowledge of Logistics Trade Compliance theories and practices
- •Knowledge of Supply Chain procedures
- •Ability to coordinate vessel berthing requests
- •Ability to manage loading of materials onto vessels and barges
- •Ability to prepare accurate cargo manifests for project materials (pipes, mattresses, sleepers, etc.)
