Job Purpose:

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen our heavy equipment sales team. The desired candidate will report to sales manager and will be responsible for generating revenue and achieve the set sales targets through sales & marketing of heavy equipment & machineries of our franchise equipment such as Excavators, Wheel loaders, Motor graders, Telehandlers, Backhoe loaders, Forklifts, Crushers etc..

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and implement sales strategies for self and sales team in the assigned territory to ensure high area coverage and deal participation.
• Generate revenue and achieve set sales targets for self and team by effective implementation of sales strategies.
• Manage key accounts, including technical and commercial negotiations & quotation.
• Efficiently communicate with principle commercial and product managers.
• Regularly visiting assigned territory to carry out Customer visits, site visits, Quarry and mining site visits, generating leads, sales calls, follow up visits etc.
• Tracking upcoming projects, Tenders and follow up closely with main contractors.
• Preparing and Presenting potential cost benefit analysis (cost per ton, TCO) to potential clients.
• Recommending products and attachments suitable for the job site requirements.
• Preparing product presentations, technical comparisons, lost-sale reports.
• Should be well versed with computer applications and CRM.
• Frequently communicating with aftersales team to address customer aftersales requirements.
Qualification & requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 12-15 Years of Sales experience in Oman/GCC in Construction / Heavy equipment or similar Industry.
• Should have significant knowledge of products such as Excavators, Wheel loaders, Motor graders, Backhoe loaders, Telehandlers, Forklifts, Crushers etc.
• Should have leadership skills with a prior experience of handling sales team.
• Knowledge and experience in power generation products will be an additional advantage.
• Should have knowledge of attachments and other application-based aspects of heavy equipment.
• Effective communication skills and good knowledge of Computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Oman or GCC Driving License is mandatory.
• Should be willing to relocate to any branches as per company requirement.Your Application Process:
