⢠About the role
⢠As an Assistant Relationship Manager ā Dubai Corporate Office Quick Branch, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting sales activities, and ensuring smooth operational performance within the unit. You will assist in managing customer interactions, promote suitable financial products, ensure operational accuracy, and uphold compliance with regulatory and internal standards. ⢠Deliver professional, accurate, and timely customer service, providing guidance and advice to ensure satisfaction.
⢠Promote and sell suitable financial products and contribute to achieving assigned sales targets.
⢠Actively crossāsell products, encourage customer engagement, and promote use of QR code feedback channels.
⢠Support completion of newābusiness operational tasks, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards.
⢠Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
⢠Conduct monthly MIS cleanāups, perform BAT testing, and complete reports and checklists accurately.
⢠Ensure effective handovers, maintain Business Continuity Plan readiness, and follow all riskāmitigation procedures.
⢠Support team capability by providing guidance, monitoring KPIs, identifying skill gaps, and ensuring completion of eālearning modules.
⢠Contribute to achieving a satisfactory audit rating and ensuring full adherence to the Bankās procedures and code of conduct.
⢠Support digital migration initiatives and encourage digital adoption among customers and staff.What we're looking for
⢠Bachelor's degree
