- Assist in planning and executing retail store opening, renovation, relocation, and refurbishment projects.
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, VM, Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
- Support project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and external vendors.
- Track project progress and highlight delays, risks, and dependencies to the Project Manager.
- Assist in reviewing BOQs, quotations, drawings, layouts, and project-related documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work is aligned with approved plans and brand standards.
- Coordinate store handover activities and ensure all pending works are closed before opening.
- Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
- Follow up on procurement, material deliveries, approvals, and installation schedules.
- Support snagging and ensure timely closure of issues identified during project execution.
- Ensure projects comply with company policies, health & safety requirements, and relevant local regulations.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
Requirements
- •Experience in planning and executing retail store projects
- •Ability to coordinate with Design, VM, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and IT
- •Experience reviewing BOQs, quotations, drawings, and layouts
- •Ability to conduct regular site visits and monitor progress
- •Knowledge of health and safety requirements and local regulations
- •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
