As our Mid-Market Area Sales Manager, you will drive growth across the  assigned GCC construction market by helping contractors, project teams and construction businesses adopt technology that improves project delivery, collaboration, productivity and commercial outcomes. You will build strong relationships with decision-makers across contractors, owners and project organisations, turning their operational challenges into opportunities for Trimble’s construction technology solutions.

What Makes This Role Great:

You will act as a strategic sales consultant to the GCC construction industry, working closely with contractors, project managers, owners and project teams to understand their workflows and identify opportunities to improve project delivery. You will manage a mature portfolio of existing accounts while developing new business across the assigned countries in GCC, with the freedom to shape how Trimble’s construction technology can create measurable customer outcomes.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Drive regional growth by acquiring new logos and growing existing accounts in our midmarket segment of Trimble’s software solutions

• Orchestrate the entire sales process, from proactive prospecting and lead generation to delivering professional proposals and closing complex deals

• Serve as a brand ambassador at major trade shows and industry events to build a robust pipeline and showcase innovative product capabilities

• Manage and forecast a dynamic sales pipeline, providing data-driven insights to ensure consistent achievement of annual revenue targets

• Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring Trimble's solutions are positioned as the premier choice for regional projects

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ direct sales experience in construction technology, project management software, SaaS or related solutions serving contractors, owners, project management organisations or the broader AECO industry.

• Strong understanding of construction project workflows, including project management, collaboration, field operations, scheduling, cost control or project delivery.

• Experience with similar construction technology platforms

• Experience selling into Tier-1/2 EPC/general contractor organisations

• Proven experience driving new business within existing accounts as well as acquiring new customers.

• Strong understanding of the GCC construction market and relationships across contractors, developers, consultants and project organisations.

• A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota.

• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple levels and connect customer business challenges to technology solutions.

• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.

• Technical proficiency with Salesforce.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience selling construction management, project collaboration, field, scheduling or project controls solutions

• Familiarity with BIM and connected construction workflows

• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage not mandatory

Location: Dubai - UAE

Travel Requirement: up to 60%
