About the Role
Are you looking to fast-track your career in the cloud tech space? We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Alliances Administrator to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will work directly alongside the Alliances Director for Salesforce KSA, serving as a crucial engine driving the expansion and enablement of our partner ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a year or two of tech experience to learn the inner workings of partner management, build a massive network, and impact a booming market.
Key responibilities:
As the Alliances Administrator, your day-to-day will be a mix of coordination, communication, and ecosystem development:
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and recruit new partners ideally suited to complement Salesforce and help drive our growth in the region through. Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the tools, access, and skills to succeed.
- Internal Liaison: Act as the central bridge connecting external partners with internal Salesforce teams, including Direct Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success.
- Operations : Assist with logistics related to partner training, marketing events, and ensuring partners maintain correct certifications and pipeline tracking in our tools
- Pipe Generation: Coordinate pipe generation initiatives driven by our partner network to increase ACV
What are we looking for:
We want someone eager to learn, culturally aware of the KSA market, and not afraid to take initiative
- Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in the technology sector (software, SaaS, tech consulting, or a fast-paced startup environment).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills: * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills—you love keeping projects on track.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate conversations with both internal sales teams and external partners.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce platform or other CRM tools is a massive plus (but we will train you!).
- Language: Fluency in Arabic and English mandatory

Requirements
