WFJ Retail Marketing & Client Experience Executive

Position based between the Regional HQ and three boutiques across the UAE (Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates and Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi)

Reporting to the Watch & Fine Jewelry (WFJ) Senior Marketing Manager, the Retail Marketing & Client Experience Executive plays a key role in bringing our Retail Marketing and client experience strategy to life across our WFJ boutique network.

Acting as a strong link between the regional office and our boutiques, this role combines office-based coordination with regular on-site presence, spending approximately 2 days per week in the office and 3 days across our three boutiques.

You will coordinate boutique marketing activations and events, hospitality, client treatment and gifting initiatives, while working closely with retail and all WFJ teams to translate client insights into relevant and impactful client activations.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

• Act as a key partner for Boutique Management and Sales Assistants on CRM, maintaining regular boutique presence and close contact to understand daily challenges and identify areas where additional guidance or support is needed.
• Capture feedback, client insights and emerging needs from boutiques and translate them into actionable recommendations for the regional Marketing team.
• Support boutiques in translating client insights into relevant clienteling and engagement actions, strengthening recruitment, retention and development at boutique level.
• Partner with Boutique and CRM teams on event client strategy, including client targeting, recruitment, invitation management, attendance and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate and implement Retail Marketing initiatives and boutique animation plans, ensuring alignment with regional Marketing priorities and boutique business needs.
• Coordinate boutique events and client activations from planning through execution, ensuring a seamless and elevated client journey in line with CHANEL standards.
• Drive the implementation of hospitality guidelines and client treatment initiatives, ensuring consistency and excellence across boutique touchpoints.
• Coordinate the implementation of the client gifting strategy, including boutique needs, allocations, deployment, tracking and qualitative feedback.
• Monitor the performance of boutique marketing initiatives and client activations, consolidating key learnings and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Retail, CRM, High-End, Visual Merchandising and other relevant teams to ensure consistent execution of the WFJ Client Experience strategy.ENERGIZERS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Retail Marketing, Client Experience, CRM, Events or Luxury Retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
