Overview Of The Role:

• The Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring a professional customer journey, enhancing customer retention, and contributing to company profitability in the Body & Paint division. This role requires adherence to AF standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring quality service delivery. The Service Advisor is also responsible for increasing sales through upselling, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and continuously developing their technical knowledge to improve productivity.
What You Will Do:

Customer Service

• Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process.
• Customer service values and AF values are executed at all times.
• Ensure quality is maintained at all times.
• Compliance with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.

Sales and Profitability

• Increase profitability through sales and upselling incremental packages (product, service) the company offers.

Workplace Efficiency

• Implement 5S at work.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the business SOP.
• Learning and development by upgrading themselves with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and drive profitability.
• Knowledge of automotive body parts and mechanical components.
• Ability to adhere to safety standards and procedures.
What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile) or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a reputed workshop as a Body & Paint Service Advisor.
• Knowledge of body parts and general mechanical components for repair of Body & Paint.
• Proficiency in implementing 5S and understanding of health and safety regulations.
